Tamar is 62 years old and married. She lives in a small village of Sagarejo District. Tamar is busy with her agricultural activities. She has three milking cows and sells milk to the merchants. She also has a plot of land where wheat is grown. Tamar and her husband have 50 sheep and they sell lambs in the spring on the local open market. The total average monthly income of the family is 500 Lari.
Tamar is requesting a loan, which she will use to sow sunflowers. Tamar will be busy with the plot in the spring and summer. She will perform seasonal agricultural works to get a good harvest. With the increased profit she will be able to reinvest in the family agricultural business to expand it and make it more profitable as well as improve the living conditions of the family.
