Cecelia lives in Bardnersville, is married and has three children ages 6, 10 and 20, that live with her and attend school. Her husband is an inspector of the Ministry of Finance. She was able to manage her husband's salary so as to have a local block factory, running for the past five years now. She says there are lots of challenges in said business, but the biggest is that customers don’t pay on time and sometimes she has not enough water to mix the cement, especially during the dry season.

She likes how popular and busy she is. Most interestingly, she makes more profit at this time. She said she will always give thanks to her father for the trade he has given her.

She is requesting a loan to purchase sand, cement, and water to improve her business. She said, "My dreams are many. In the near future I want to build a very big guest house and open a grocery store."
