El empezó su negocio con ayuda de su suegro el cual le dio material y un lugar donde exhibir sus productos. Actualmente tanto Ramón como su esposa trabaja para sacar a su familia adelante, ella es vendedora de abarrotes y el vende y hace ladrillos. Productos que vende en su casa de habitación. Antes el trabajaba para un fabrica donde la paga era semanal pero decidió poner su propio negocio para buscar una mejor manera de generar más ingresos. Sus clientes llegan hasta su casa en busca de ladrillos los cuales son fabricados de muy buena calidad. El solicita el crédito para comprar materia prima para elaborar ladrillos.
