María Josefina

La Señora. María es socia del banco comunal Nueva Amistad, vive por los alrededores de la parroquia Cumbe en Cuenca, lugar de clima frió, su situación geográfica es muy accidentada y nos brinda hermosos paisajes para disfrutar de la naturaleza, su gente se dedica a la cría de animales, a la agricultura y aun mantienen la cultura y tradiciones de sus pueblos.

Doña María tiene 63 años, es viuda y en su unión conyugal ha concebido 6 hijos quienes son todos mayores de edad, cuatro de ellos son casados y viven independientes, un hijo trabaja y le ayuda económicamente y su último hijo estudia en un colegio de la localidad. La casa en la que habita es de su propiedad.

La Señora María se dedica a los quehaceres de su hogar y también cría pollos y ganado. Trabaja en la agricultura labrando sus terrenos y las cosechas son para el consumo de su casa y si existe un sobrante lo vende. La mayor parte de su tiempo lo dedica a su tienda la cual tiene hace 40 años, labora en ella de domingo a domingo.

Es socia del banco comunal hace 10 años y su nuevo crédito lo va a invertir en la compra de víveres para su tienda.
