With great care, Rower finished his secondary studies. Unfortunately, for economic reasons he could not go on to study Business Administration like he wanted to, but he dreams of doing so one day. Thanks to his desire to get his family ahead, Rower works at a construction business in the city. He works approximately ten hours a day and is well liked at his job for his friendliness and good work.
Rower is grateful for the help that Kiva lenders are offering him. Thanks to their support, he will be able to complete the finishing touches needed on the room where he and his family live. These finishing touches are: painting, windows, flooring, and others. This way, little by little and thanks to his work, he hopes to be able to buy a plot of land to build his own house so he can offer greater comfort and a better quality of life to his family, especially his little girl.

About Housing Loans
Many poor families cannot afford housing that meets their needs. When you make a housing loan on Kiva, you give people access to flexible capital to obtain or improve their homes. Better housing means better health, sanitation, and even educational outcomes for children. A house can also be much more for entrepreneurs who run businesses out of their homes. In this way, housing and small business loans on Kiva share a common purpose: to alleviate poverty and enable families to enjoy more stable lives.
