Yurisan Vanessa
Yurisan is a 28 year-old woman who lives in the city of Ica with her little 1 year-old son. Sadly, due to a variety of circumstances, she separated from her partner. She is a very hardworking woman who has managed to overcome the adversities that life has presented her. In her free time, she enjoys listening to a bit of music to relax. Unfortunately, due to a lack of financial resources, she was not able to pursue the nursing degree that she wanted, but she dreams of being able to do this someday.

Thanks to her desire to get ahead, and the support of a good friend, Yurisan started up her business selling salchipapas (chicken and fried potatoes), hamburgers and food in general. She works in her business about 10 hours a day, during which time she serves a good number of customers. She believes that her business is doing well because of the good taste of her food, her charisma and the friendly service she gives her customers.

Yurisan is very grateful to the Kiva lenders, because thanks to the help they are providing she will be able to buy an industrial stove, along with some kitchen utensils such as: pots, silverware, disposable dinnerware, pans, table cloths, and other items which she will use to better equip her business. In this way she will be able to increase her income. Yurisan hopes that little by little, she will be able to save enough money to have a big restaurant, which will give her the means, in the not too distant future, to have her own home.
