Zarema is the leader of the Myrza group, which includes three other women participants. Zarema is 27 years old, married, and has two children. She is a nurse in the hospital of the village May 1st. To earn additional income for her family Zarema has been raising livestock and farming since 2010. She began with a starting capital of 10,000 som (KGS), and today her farm includes four cows, one horse, and 16 sheep, and earns around 5,000 som (KGS) per month from the sales of milk and dairy products. In order to further develop her business, Zarema came to Bai Tushum & Partners for a 60,000 som (KGS) loan to buy additional livestock. Zarema plans to invest the resulting revenues into expanding her farm.

Зарема работает медсестрой в больнице села 1-Мая и в качестве дополнительного источника дохода для семьи, с 2010 года занимается животноводством и полеводством. Начатое со стартовой суммы в 10,000 сом (KGS) хозяйство на сегодня насчитывает 4 коровы, 1 лошадь,16 овец и приносит около 5,000 сом (KGS) в месяц с продажи молока и молочных продуктов. В целях дальнейшего развития своего бизнеса, Зарема обратилась в компанию «Бай – Тушум и Партнеры» за кредитом в сумме 60,000 сом (KGS) на покупку дополнительных голов скота. Доходы Зарема планирует вложить в дальнейшее увеличение своего хозяйства.
