With the loan she hopes to buy more computers to grow her business with which she will increase her income and fix up her home.

Rosa vive en Paraíso de la Flor donde tiene un cyber. Tiene 42 años y se encuentra casada con Carlos quien es chofer profesional y trabaja en la Metrovía, sistema de transporte urbano masivo de Guayaquil. Tienen 5 hijos quienes están en época estudiantil en escuelas fiscales. Rosa nos comenta que empezó el negocio cuando compro una computadora para uso de sus hijos ya que por el sector no había donde alquilarla. A partir de ahí viendo la oportunidad adecuado en su domicilio la sala haciéndola un local. Con eso decidió comprar otro maquina y abrió el cyber, de inmediato vio resultados tanto así que ahora cuenta con 5 computadoras, escáner y copiadora. La atención del negocio la maneja junto a su hijo, el en las mañanas y ella en las tardes. De momento nos informa que su mayor problema es la delincuencia y la señal que a pesar de todo es muy baja. Con el crédito espera comprar otras computadoras para aumentar el negocio con lo que mejorarían sus ingresos y así arreglar su vivienda.
