Khatuna is 43 years-old. She lives in a small village with her family including her husband, Khvicha, who is busy with agriculture and mother-in-law, who is a pensioner. The family has run an agricultural business for almost 15 years. They have two milking cows and produce cheese. Also, they have six sheep and sell lambs and wool on season. They sell cheese and other dairy food on the local open market. Khatuna is busy with teaching; she is a teacher in the local school. Her pupils love her very much.
Khatuna requested a loan for purchasing a mowing land. Thus, she will be able to decrease the costs of the dairy farm, as she will make hay from the mowed grass for feeding the cows, instead of buying it at an expensive price. As a result of this Kiva loan, the income of the family will increase. With the increased amount of profit, she will be able to reinvest in family agricultural business to expand it. Also, they will increase spending on family members' daily needs and the living conditions of the family will improve. Khatuna hopes for your help and kindness.
