Soeurn is 55 years old. She is widowed and resides with three children in Kampong Chhnang Province, Cambodia. She is a homemaker. Two of her children are employed. They are teacher and garment worker. They earn about $6 per day. In order to improve her family’s finance, Soeurn is requesting a loan of $1500 to purchase a motorbike for her son to run the taxi service. This purchase would enable her son to generate extra income to support the family. In the future, she would like to run a tailoring shop for her children.
