Dugersuren is 53 years old and lives with his wife and three children in a ger (Mongolian yurt) in Hovd province, Mongolia. His wife and elder daughter are employed, his youngest son is a school student and his middle son is a driver, working in Ulaanbaatar. He started his agriculture business in 2010. He plants potatoes, carrots and onions. He is an agronomist; therefore, his agriculture skill is excellent. He plants his vegetables on his brother's land. In the future he is planning to have his own land. However, due to not having a warehouse, he has to sell his products very fast and at a very low price. He is requesting 3,000,000 MNT to build a small warehouse to keep his vegetables and to purchase seeds to plant more vegetables. He is a smart and hardworking man who says, "Now that my son is attending college, I need to increase my income."
