Beatriz is forty-nine years old and is a married woman with three children. She lives in the town of Talibon, Bohol with her family. Beatriz has been in the business of raising hogs for nine years. She earns 4,000 PHP per month from this business. Aside from raising hogs, Beatriz also makes hats out dried buri palm leaves.
Beatriz is requesting a loan to purchase piglets and feed. She hopes her income will increase and will enable her to sustain her children's education.
