Oeun is 23 years old and a single man who lives in Ang Snoul district, Kandal province.
He works for a company in Phnom Penh city as a bus driver. He gets his payment monthly.
Oeun doesn’t own any vehicle for traveling and he intends to buy one soon. However, due to the lack of capital, he would like to apply for a loan of USD 1,000 to purchase a used motorcycle for personal use.
This is his first loan from HKL and he is confident that he will pay his loan back regularly and punctually. He thanks in advance for your help.
