Noem has been with VisionFund for two loan cycles already while the other members have been with VisionFund for one to two loan cycles. The loans have enabled her to make a better living and she can earn daily income up to 41,100 KHR from her current business. Having completely paid back the loans, Noem is leading her group to apply for a loan with VisionFund. As the leader, she is going to use her portion to buy fertilizer and seedlings for her farmland. She hopes to earn more income to make a better living.

VisionFund Cambodia is a Christian organization and microfinance institution that provides small loans and other financial services to improve the lives of children, empower poor women and their families, and grow successful businesses.
