Phally is 39 years old. She is the mother of six children and resides with her husband in Takeo Province, Cambodia. She and her husband have been producing soybean milk for more than ten years, earning approximately $4 per day from their sales. Three of her children are employed. They earn about $10 per day. Phally is requesting a loan of $1300 to pay for her daughter’s passport expenses. This money will help her daughter to work in Thailand legally and earn more income to support the family. In the future, Phally would like to expand her business and help her children obtain higher education to get good jobs. Moreover, she hopes to build a new house as soon as possible.
