Cleta
Cleta is a simple and hardworking woman, who is an informal trader, selling tortillas out of her house. At the age of 46, Cleta is buying a house with a loan; meanwhile, she lives in a lodging house with her and daughter and granddaughter in very basic conditions. Her daughter helps with the business. Every day, early in the morning, Cleta has to cook the corn, go to the mill to de-hull it, and then start her day making tortillas.

A sus 46 años de edad, Cleta está comprando una casa a través de un préstamo, mientras tanto, vive en un mesón con su nieta y su hija en condiciones muy sencillas, su hija ayuda con el negocio. Cada día, desde muy temprano Cleta debe cocer el maíz, ir al molino a moler el nixtamal, y luego iniciar la jornada de hacer las tortillas. Cleta necesita un crédito para la compra de materias primas como maíz, cal, leña, gas propano. Ella estima que podrá proveer el sustento diario a su familia, si obtiene un préstamo que le permita asegurar la compra de las materias primas para realizar su trabajo. Además ya que es una mujer muy comprometida con lo que se propone asegura que cumplica fielmente con el pago de su crédito
