Elsa Gladis, no logro terminar sus estudios por lo que decidió dedicarse al mundo de los negocios. Comenzó con la venta de pan dulce en el interior de su hogar. Por el momento el negocio se encuentra en marcha y vende otros productos como: frijoles, plátanos y de más artículos que son atractivos para los clientes. La señora Elsa habita junto a su hija de 18 años, en casa de su propiedad la cual se encuentra en una zona muy concurrida. Esto ha permitido que el negocio de Elsa sea muy conocido y frecuentado por muchas personas ya que se encuentra en una zona muy estratégica y de fácil acceso. Lleva muchos años dedicándose al negocio. Gracias a su dedicación y disciplina ha logrado mantenerlo activo y pretende que éste se convierta en una tienda; sueña con seguir persiguiendo los ingresos de su negocio por mucho más tiempo dado que es su principal fuente de ingresos.
