Elizabeth works selling gelatines and chicharrones [fried pork], which she does at her home. Every eight days she goes to a villages called "Ayutla de los Libres" to stock up so she can make her gelatines. There she buys her ingredients: concentrates for flavored gelatines, sugar, cups, spoons, etc. To prepare the chicharrones, she buys small bags, oil and sauce among other items. She has to travel from the place where she lives so that she can find the ingredients at more economical prices, so she can have greater earnings, and this is how she will invest her next loan.

Elizabeth is one of the members of the "Grupo Flor de Mayo 2" ["May Flower Group 2"], which is made up of 13 women who are responsible and dedicated to their work. Elizabeth es una señora joven de 29 años de edad, es casada con el señor Lomelí quien se dedica al campo y tienen 2 hijos, uno se llama José Luis de 13 años quien estudia 1° de secundaria y Paulina, tiene 8 años y cursa el 3° de la primaria.
Elizabeth se dedica a la venta de gelatinas y chicharrones, actividades que realiza en su casa. Cada ocho días va a un poblado llamado "Ayutla de los Libres" a surtirse para poder elaborar las Gelatinas, donde compra sus ingredientes: concentrados para gelatinas de sabores, azúcar, vasos, cucharitas, etc. Para preparar los chicharrones compra bolsitas, aceite y salsa entre otras cosas pues tiene que salir de su localidad para poder encontrar sus ingredientes más económicos y poder tener más ganancias en eso va a invertir su próximo préstamo.
