Nulu is married with 3 children, all of whom go to school. She takes care of additional family members (her mother). She sells charcoal at the market. She sells her products ot retail. She works seven days a week. She has been in business for 10 years. She has applied for a loan of SHS 1,100,000 Ugandan shillings from MCDT-SACCO to buy bags of charcoal. Her major challenges include seasonality and transportation. She is aspires to see her business grow into a wholesale business. She would also like to build rental houses. She lives in her own house and the family has access to electricity and piped water. Her monthly expenses include paying school fees and food.
