Farindaris is 31 years old, married and the mother of a three-year-old child. To earn a living, she began running a grocery store in 2005. Since joining Faulu Kenya, she has grown her business because she has received training on business management and secured easy access to financial resources. She hopes to expand her business in the future, and has applied for a loan for 50,000 Kenyan shillings to buy pineapples, melons, bananas and vegetables to sell to her customers.
