Amos is a 30-year-old businessman who is married and lives with his two children in Bundibugyo, Uganda, where he has earned a living for the last five years by running a retail shop. He opened this shop with money he saved while working as a motorcycle driver. The main challenge he faces is a shortage of funds to keep his store stocked with goods. His dreams are to build a permanent home for his family and to move his business to a more permanent location. He is requesting this loan to buy soap, salt and sugar to sell to his customers.
