Adelaida del Carme has a business in a market in Managua where she sells cheese. She also has machinery that allows her to make cheeses, and she is requesting this loan in order to purchase milk to use in the cheese making process. She makes cheese, cream, cheesecake, etc, and sells her products in bulk to the smaller vendors in the market.
