Aida tiene 48 años, ella desde hace mas de 10 años se dedica a la elaboración de banquetes para eventos especiales como quince años, bodas, fiestas infantiles, cumpleaños etc. Dice que empezó con este negocio ya que ella estudio un curso de cocina y su familia le decía que cocinaba muy sabroso y es por eso que ella decidió hacer su propio negocio y aparte que también dijo que antes no había tanta competencia. Ella está pidiendo un crédito a la financiera para la compra de mantelería ya que también renta manteles y loza para servir la comida. Ella comprara también loza, charolas para servir sus platillos e insumos para hacer la comida. Dice que este trabajo que tiene es lo que más le apasiona ya que disfruta mucho su trabajo que es el hacer sus comidas sabrosas. Los insumos que ocupa los compra en la central de abastos de Zitacuaro en diferentes puestos donde le dan precios bajos. La meta de doña Aida es hacer un salón para eventos para poder rentar todo lo que se necesita hacer una fiesta.
