Their home is located in the city of Ica, which is known for its warm and comfortable climate, and most of all, for being an important agricultural area. Every day Carlos makes his best effort to get ahead, and most of all, to give his children what they need, so he works very hard in his business as a taxi driver. He devotes around 12 hours a day to work and may serve up to 30 passengers in a day. He believes business is going well for him because he is very friendly, and above all respectful, to his passengers.

Carlos is very grateful to Kiva lenders, because thanks to the help they have offered he will be able to make the conversion from a gasoline system to natural gas. This improvement will allow him to use less fuel, which will increase his income, so that he may continue working every day to move forward and achieve his greatest dream: to have a car fleet and have his own taxi company.
