Igit, 33, lives in a small village of Akhalkalaki District, South Georgia. Igit is married and lives with his wife, Sirush, two daughters, ages 8 and 6, and a son, 4. The elder children go to school. Sirush is a housewife. Igit works hard to provide income for the family. His family agricultural business has cows and sheep. Igit produces cheese and sells it in the village to local dairy product retailers. He also sells lambs and grows potatoes on a family-owned plot of land.
Igit has requested a loan to purchase fertilizer for his land. He will till the land, fertilize it, and sow potatoes, working hard during the spring. He hopes that the weather conditions are favorable and he will get a good harvest. Profits from the harvest will be used for the well-being of the family.
