Elmer es un hombre de 32 años de edad, estado civil casado y con 02 hijos, Vive en casa de sus padres con su cónyuge y sus hijos. La casa está ubicada en el Caserío Los Riojas del distrito de Túcume y cuenta con servicio de luz y agua, el lugar es una comunidad de aproximadamente 200 familias.
La actividad que desarrolla Elmer es la comercialización de animales menores (ovinos, caprinos porcinos y aves de corral), lo cual lo comercializa en su mismo domicilio. Esta actividad la aprendió de sus padres quiénes le enseñaron todo al respecto. Con los ingresos que obtiene cubre sus gastos y los de su familia.
El monto del crédito solicitado es de 1000 nuevos soles, los cuales se emplearán para invertir en la culminación de la construcción de su casa en un terreno que heredó de su familia, para vivir más cómodamente con su familia.
