El mirador de Yahuarcocha es un grupo de 5 mujeres emprendedoras, que tienen un mismo fin, que es el de salir adelante con su negocio para mejorar su calidad de vida. En este grupo la presidenta es Paola, en la fotografía es la segunda persona empezando desde la izquierda, se caracteriza por ser una mujer emprendedora, trabajadora y muy responsable. Vive en la ciudad de Ibarra con sus padres.

Paola trabaja junto con sus compañeras en un taller de confección de blusas de tela indú. Es el primer crédito que realiza en Fodemi, el mismo que va a ser invertido en la compra de una máquina de cocer industrial, que ayudará a optimizar tiempo y ayudará a una mejor productividad.

Paola sueña en tener un taller grande para poder emplear a personas que necesiten.
