Sopheap, 48, is married and resides with her husband and four children in Prey Veng Province, Cambodia. She has selling noodles and coffee for over six years, earning approximately USD 8 per day. Her husband helps her run the business. In order to improve her business, Sopheap is requesting a loan of USD 1000 to purchase tables and chairs to expand her store. This purchase would enable her to adequately serve her clients. In the future, she would like to use the profit to expand her business and help her children get bachelor’s degrees.
