Riana is a 38-year-old entrepreneur who is married and has been blessed with four children: Andre, 16, is attending the first grade of Senior High school; Anggun, 12, is attending the first grade of Junior High School; Amalia, 8, is attending the fifth grade of Elementary school; and Fredo, who is two years old.

In 2007, Riana initiated a kiosk business to support her husband in generating more income. She spent her own money to stock her business. Currently, Riana plans to sell soft drinks such ice tea, lemon tea, apple juice etc and to add more stock to her kiosk business. Therefore, Riana is seeking a loan of IDR 4.500,000 from TLM.
