Ngot is 30 years old. She is married and resides with her husband and two children in Siem Reap Province, Cambodia. She has been selling post cards and books for more than 10 years, earning approximately $3 per day. Her husband is a painter who earns about $15 per day.
In order to improve her family’s finances, Ngot is requesting a loan of $1,000 in order to purchase piglets to breed and sell when they gain weight. By doing so, she would earn additional income to support the family.
In the future, she would like to expand her pig farm and help her children earn bachelor’s degrees.
