Alba Laura
Alba is 30 years old and single. She was born in Guayaquil and has no children. Sixteen years ago, with effort and sacrifice, she bought her house, with which she feels very satisfied. Her mother lives with her and as she is a seamstress she taught her the work. Alba has a bachelor's degree but points out that it is difficult to find work.

Because her mother has machines, and with her own capital, she decided to start her business. She makes and sells sheets and towels. She never thought that what she started as a small business to pay her expenses would become a way a life for her and her friends who work there. She points out that in her business weather isn't determined to be bad or good, but what complicates things is the winter season, because the streets where she lives are not paved and they flood, which complicates her transportation.

She will use the loan to buy two industrial machines and increase her production capacity. Her immediate goal is to acquire two additional machines to make her workshop bigger.
