Noé de Jesús de 54 años de edad, habita en casa de su propiedad. Él se dedica a la elaboración y venta de deliciosas pupusas. Su negocio está ubicado en su hogar de habitación, lugar que es muy transitado y visitado especialmente el puesto de Noé ya que gracias a su carisma y dedicación en el trabajo cada día los clientes lo prefieren más. Es muy conocido en la zona como un hombre trabajador, honesto y responsable. Trabaja muy duro para poder mantener activo su negocio y convertirse en el líder de la zona en venta de pupusas. Éste negocio es su principal fuente de ingresos por lo que desea mantenerlo activo por mucho tiempo y seguir recibiendo los frutos que hasta el momento ha recibido con mucha satisfacción.
