Antoinette assure ensemble avec son mari et ses enfants les diverses charges de la maison. Pour contribuer aux divers besoins de la famille, Antoinette vend du maïs, de la farine de manioc et des produits divers (riz, pâtes alimentaires, huile végétale etc.) depuis quatre ans dans son quartier au Benin. Antoinette s’approvisionne dans une région du Benin. Grâce au revenu que lui génère ses activités, Antoinette contribue aux différentes dépenses de sa famille. Pour satisfaire aux besoins de sa clientèle de plus en plus grandissante, Antoinette sollicite pour une deuxième fois un crédit auprès de ALIDé. Le crédit reçu antérieurement par Antoinette a été bien remboursé.

Supporters of this loan should be aware that there is some risk of being repaid late. Because the Beninois Ministry of Finance has imposed restrictions on the amount of money Alidé can send to Kiva, the organization can only send monthly repayments in installments smaller than $13,000.
