Morn, 29, is widowed, resides with her parents and three children in Takeo Province, Cambodia. She has been working in garment factory for more than two years, earning approximately USD 3 per day.
Due the difficulty in her family’s transportation, Morn is requesting a loan of USD 500 to purchase a motorbike to commute. This purchase would enable her to use the saved money on her transportation expenses to support the family.
In the future, she would like to run a groceries store at home to generate extra income to support the family. Moreover, she hopes to rebuild her present house to make more comfortable for her family’s and help her children get bachelor’s degree.
