In this Group: Celia, Mirvania, Martha, Marta
The “El Futuro” (The Future) group is made up of four hardworking, enterprising people. One of them is Martha who’s been a hair stylist for 30 years. She has a small beauty salon and also sells cosmetics that has allowed her to raise her four children only two of which who are 16 and 14 years old are still dependent on her.

The other group members are Zelia who butchers pork and sells soup, Martha who sells fried food, tortillas and soup and Vilma who has been selling for the last ten years.

El grupo El futuro lo conforman cuatro personas trabajadoras y emprendedoras una de ellas es Martha es estilista desde hace 30 años tiene su pequeño salón de bella y vende cosméticos con lo cual ha sacado adelante a sus cuatro hijo de los cuales solo los dos menores de 16 y 14 años de edad están a su cargo.
Las otras integrantes son Zelia quien se dedica al dese cerdo y venta de sopa, Marta tiene una fritanga, vende tortillas y sopa, y Vilma tiene una venta desde hace 10 años.

This is a Group Loan

In a group loan, each member of the group receives an individual loan but is part of a larger group of individuals. The group is there to provide support to the members and to provide a system of peer pressure, but groups may or may not be formally bound by a group guarantee. In cases where there is a group guarantee, members of the group are responsible for paying back the loans of their fellow group members in the case of delinquency or default.
