The “COLQUE PATHA” communal bank will begin their twenty-fifth loan with Pro Mujer as a part of the ‘Central Hub of the Andes’, it is made up of eight members and is managed by a committee headed by Mrs. Estefa. The businesses of the members of the communal bank are different and include a local grocery store, clothing store, food sales, gift sales, poultry shop, and a call center.

Mrs. Estefa has been a part of Pro Mujer for ten years; she became a member after a friend recommended the communal bank to her. At present, she has a business selling VIVA (a calling service) she has worked for several years in this trade.

The loan will be used to increase her merchandize (by buying calling cards wholesale) from the corporation that will be placed in her store. This business will help her support her family since she is married and has three children.

When asked what she enjoys of Pro Mujer, Mrs. Estefa says that she enjoys spending time with the other members.

La A.C. “COLQUE PATHA” iniciará su decimo vigésimo quinto ciclo en Pro Mujer, como parte del Centro Focal de Los Andes, está compuesta por ocho integrantes y está dirigida por una mesa directiva encabezada por la señora Estefa. Los negocios que las integrantes de la asociación comunal llevan adelante son variados entre ellos tenemos: tienda de barrio, comerciante de ropa, venta de comida, venta de regalos, pollerería, punto de llamadas.

La señora Estefa, indica que hace diez años que integra una asociación comunal en Pro Mujer, ingresando por invitación de una amiga. En la actualidad ella tiene un negocio de tienda de punto VIVA (servicio de llamadas) que viene trabajando hace años.

El crédito que ahora sacará es para la aumento de mercadería (compra de tarjetas telefónica por mayor), que adquirirá de la empresa y posteriormente lo instalará en su espacio comercial. Este negocio le ayuda a apoyar a su familia pues ella es casada y tiene tres hijos

Cuando se le consulta qué le gusta de Pro Mujer, ella responde que le gusta compartir entre socias.
