41-year-old Ruzanna is engaged in cattle breeding and gardening. For more than 20 years she and her family have bred cows and calves and grown fruit and vegetables. From obtained milk, Ruzanna produces butter, cheese and sour cream which she sells at the market. Also Ruzanna and her family sell meat, fruit and vegetables and thus support themselves.

Ruzanna is married and she has 3 children: 2 daughters and a son. Her husband and her son go to Russia once a year for several months for seasonal work. Her elder daughter helps Ruzanna in the agricultural business; Ruzanna’s younger daughter attends school.

Ruzanna needs a $2,000 loan to buy some dairy calves which will allow her to produce more dairy products in future to resell. This is Ruzanna’s third loan from Nor Horizon and she always makes her repayments on time.
