Clemencia Doralisa
Clemencia is a dedicated and loving woman. She is the mother of three children whom has helped get ahead in life through much care and effort since the father of the children separated from her. Her home is located in the city of Ica, which is characterized by its year-round warm climate, as well as for being visited by infinite numbers of tourists who want to get to know "the lake of Huacachina." The city is also known for its agriculture, in particular its cultivation of asparagus, cotton, and grapes. When Clemencia has free time she likes to watch television, especially her favorite telenovelas. She also likes to prepare one of her favorite dishes--her favorite is the delicious "Rice with Duck." Clemencia could only study through high school because her parents lacked economic resources, but she would very much have liked to study to be a teacher.

Clemencia starts the day by opening up her business. She sells drinks such as sodas, soft drinks, and beer. She works around 12 hours a day and can attend to up to 30 clients in a day. She thinks that her business is successful because she provides her clients with good service.

Clemencia is very grateful to Kiva lenders since thanks to the help they have given her, she will be able to buy a freezer and to finish painting the facade of her business, which is located in her home. This improvement will permit her to sell frozen drinks, since during this season that is how clients prefer their drinks. Just so, painting the front of her business will make it look much better and clients will feel more comfortable. This way, her income will improve and she will be able to continue fighting to realizer her greatest dream: "to have a better quality of life."

Clemencia es una mujer muy dedicada y amorosa, es madre de 3 hijos los cuales ha sacado adelante con mucho amor y esfuerzo ya que el padre de sus hijos se separo de ella; su vivienda se ubica en la ciudad de Ica, ciudad que se caracteriza por tener un clima cálido en cualquier época del año, así como también por ser visitada por infinidad de turistas que desean conocer “La laguna de Huacachina”, asimismo es una ciudad que se caracteriza por su agricultura en especial el cultivo de esparrago, algodón y uva. Cuando Clemencia tiene un tiempo libre le gusta ver televisión en especial sus novelas favoritas, asimismo le gusta preparar uno de los platillos que más le gustan el cual es el riquísimo “Arroz con Pato”. Clemencia solo tuvo estudios secundario debido a que sus padres tenían pocos recursos económicos pero le hubiera gustado mucho estudiar ´para ser profesora.

Día a Día Clemencia abre su negocio de venta de bebidas como gaseosas, refrescos y cervezas, trabaja alrededor de 12 horas al día y puede atender hasta 30 clientes en el día, ella cree que le va bien en su negocio porque brinda una buena atención a sus clientes.

Clemencia esta muy agradecida con los prestatarios Kiva ya que gracias a ala ayuda que le han brindado ella podrá comprar una congeladora y realizar el pintado de la fachada de su negocio, el cual se ubica en su vivienda, esta mejora le permitirá vender sus bebidas heladas ya que los clientes en esta época consumen las bebidas de esa manera, asimismo al pintar la fachada su negocio se podrá apreciar de mejor manera y los clientes se sentirán mas cómodos, asi mejoraran sus ingresos y podra seguir luchando para hacer realidad su gran sueño:” Tener una mejor Calidad de Vida”.
