Oeung is a hard-working mother from Batey district, Kompong Cham province who helps her husband manage a rice farming business. She is 25 years old and has four young kids who completely depend on the family’s income. She has a commitment to provide her children's education through learning in public schools.
Oeung has been in the business for more than 10 years. This business has existed since her ancestors' generation and it was handed down continually to her at the present. This coming season, Oeung will grows dry season rice and potatoes. In order to ensure a high production, Oeung would like to take out a loan to pay for the whole process of farming operating expenses. She hopes to obtain a good harvest and increase more income in the following months.
