She studied through the third grade and stopped due to her parents' lack of financial resources. She lives in her own home with her family and also supports three grandchildren that live with her.

She has had a business for more than thirty years and makes almost 9,000 meticals, which she puts towards her home's expenses. She also saves some in her bank account at the BIM bank.

She has never had a loan with another bank. She became familiar with Hluvuku through a friend who is also a client of the institution. This is her second loan with Hluvuku, and it is for 15,000 meticals. She will use it to buy construction materials for her home (cement, iron, stone, sand, etc.). Her previous loan was for 10,000 meticals, and she put it towards her business.

She promises to make her payments on time. In the future, she wants to finish her home and furnish it, for which she plans on requesting more loans from Hluvuku.
