Haneen is photographed (she is on the right of the photo) with her daughter.
Haneen is a Palestinian married woman, her husband is employed and gets a salary, but not enough to cover all the family's costs.
For the past two years, Haneen has been making and selling hand-made food to customers. She makes Palestinian traditional foods including different types of salads like Tabboleh and different types of cooked food like Mansaf. She also buys olive oil and resells it to customers upon their request. All of these have been profitable projects.
Haneen is requesting a 1,500 USD loan from FATEN to help her cover the costs of purchasing a bulk quantity of vegetables, dairy products and olive oil. Taking this loan will provide Haneen with the necessary raw materials to continue in her project and also offer customers the quantities they request. This will increase sales and improve the family's income.
