Halim
Halim is married and raising six children. After the breakup of the Soviet Union, he became involved in farming. He organized his own dekhan farm eight years ago. He had a good capital at first, but large expenses for agricultural crops did not justify the expenses several years in a row, and a tractor, belonging to a dekhan farm, saved him in this situation. At the present time, Halim needs financial resources to increase the area for sowing agricultural crops. Halim is requesting this loan to buy fuel and lubricants and saltpeter. He also wants to use the rest of the money to hire additional labor.
