Perpetuo Socorro Group's story

The committee called “Perpetuo Socorro” (Perpetual Help) is in its 13th cycle. The women have hopes and the wish to work. Mostly they are craftswomen aiming at earning income to improve their quality of life.

Avelina is one of the members who mostly does crafts that allow her to give her family everything they need day to day. She is very grateful and proud to be part of the Enterprising Women Program which makes it possible for her to dedicate herself exclusively to her work which is most important to her.

This time the loan request is to buy thread, needles, fabric and other supplies she needs to be able to continue making the crafts she sells.
