Neitza tiene 46 años esta casada tiene 5 hijos que tres ya son independientes y dos todavía dependen de ella, ella se dedica a al venta de material de construcción ella vende viguetas en una tienda en la zona de Molle Molle, la Sra. Neitza es cliente antigua de la institución ya que esta es la quinta secuencia de su crédito, la Sra. Neitza utilizara este préstamo para la compra de viguetas por mayor para su negocio y así de esta manera incrementar su capital de trabajo, la Sra. Neitza enfrenta retos en su negocio que son la competencia y utilizara los beneficios para mejorar su calidad de vida, la Sra. Neitza es una persona muy trabajadora, se siente orgullosa y feliz por su trabajo y por apoyo que le brinda la institucion.
