Stephany Del Carmen
Stephany, aged 22, lives with her husband with whom she has a 7-year-old daughter. Her daughter was born when she was 15, and she completed her high-school baccalaureate two years after the birth. Like everything, that wasn't easy, but she has always overcome challenges. She studied nursing, to be a pharmacy and drugstore assistant, and with much dedication she has been able to move ahead.

When her husband put together some capital, he helped her to create her own opportunity for income where today she provides internet, photocopying and telephone services. She is currently very enthusiastic about growing her business, which is why she is coming for a Kiva loan. With this, she will purchase an additional photocopier and a computer, taking advantage of the demand for this service which continues to increase as they have no competition in this sector. This is exactly the reason that her investment will be successful.
