Belius est le coordinateur de son groupe Lavenie de Ferrier 2, 4 & 6. Il n`est pas marié et il a 4 enfants. Il habite dans la région nord d’Haiti où de l’électricité est rare et de l’eau est très limitée.

Belius a dirigé son commerce pendant les 15 années. Avant de commencer ce commerce, il vendu des produits alimentaires et boissons gaseuse. Belius voudrait utiliser cet emprunt pour investir à l`achat des charbon. Il espère que cet emprunt l’aidera à obtenir un plus grand commerce, c'est aussi l'objectif principal.
