Mwanasha is a married woman with two children who attend school. She owns a house that has neither electricity nor piped water. Her greatest monthly expense is food for the family.
For the past year, she has operated a food-selling business, selling from home to her neighbours and passersby. Her major challenge is seasonality. She dreams of establishing a restaurant business in the future.
With the KES 15,000 loan, she wants to renovate her food stall business and purchase furniture. She decided to join Yehu to access loans to boost her business.
