Macrene Nanono is a farmer and a farm produce buyer which she takes for sell to Kibuye farmers’ market. This is a business she has done with her husband for twenty solid years and the introduction of the loans was to boost her trade. With the loan, she has been able to buy in bulk from farmers as well as being able to employ labor on her farm for better yields. She usually buys what she is not able to produce hence having a variety for her produce stall in the market. The only challenge she has now is the transportation of her produce from the villages to the trading centre where the hired truck finds all the farmer’s produce and hopes to buy a motorcycle to sort this problem out. Some of her children are doing their own businesses while one helps her in her business.
