Assaad Naser is a 39-year-old Lebanese man. He’s married, living with his wife and five children, who are all studying. Assaad Naser is working really hard to improve his family’s life and allow them to spend the rest of it in a proper way.
He has been working in selling construction tools since 1992, and he knows very well how to please and satisfy his clients. He also owns a truck in which he can transport his tools easily.
Today, he’s requesting to borrow a loan from Kiva partner Ameen s.a.l. to purchase added construction supplies for his business. He notes that this will enhance his work and increase his earnings as well.
In the future, he plans to develop his business more and hire someone to work with him.
Due to political and social challenges in Lebanon, personally identifiable attributes entrepreneurs may have been altered to protect their privacy (i.e., blurring portions of the borrower's picture, not indicating a name and location, etc.). Vitas appreciates Kiva lenders' understanding of these challenges and encourages them to continue their support for Lebanon's borrowers.
