Dioscoro is a 42-year-old married man with three children ages 20, 16 and 12. Dioscoro makes "tuba" (coconut wine) and vinegar to earn a living. Dioscoro earns about 3,500 PHP per month with this business. Dioscoro owns a coconut farm, which is the source of his wine and vinegar. Dioscoro works hard to increase his earnings and sustain his children's education. He plans to use his loan to buy containers and food coloring. Dioscoro hopes to improve his family's living conditions.
